Terms and Conditions for Voya

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Voya mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Voya is a location-based activity discovery and social sharing platform operated by Dor Gilhar and Keren Nachmias that allows you to:

• Discover and save activities, restaurants, attractions, and points of interest
• Share recommendations with friends and groups
• Create and manage personal activity collections and lists
• Chat with other users and coordinate events
• Use Voya AI to search saved spots and get new recommendations
• Receive push notifications about shared content and messages

3. Eligibility and Accounts

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the App only with verifiable parental or guardian consent
• You may only maintain one account per person

3.2 Account Creation

• You may register using Google sign-in or phone number verification
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it

3.3 Account Termination and Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account
• Account deletion permanently removes your authentication profile and initiates deletion of your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or harm other users or the service

4. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to those practices.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (photos, notes, reviews, messages)
• By posting content, you grant Voya a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content within the App as needed to operate the service

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates applicable laws
• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or bullying
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains inappropriate sexual content or gratuitous violence

5.3 Moderation and Reporting

• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines
• To report objectionable content or abusive behavior, contact voyainfo25@gmail.com
• If another user is harassing you, contact us to request restriction of further contact through the service

6. Intellectual Property

Voya and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dor Gilhar and Keren Nachmias. The App integrates with Google Places and other third-party services; third-party data is subject to their terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape data, or reverse engineer except as permitted by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or third-party outages may temporarily affect functionality.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Place information may be incomplete or outdated. Voya does not guarantee business hours, prices, or safety. AI responses are informational only, not professional advice. The App is provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the past 12 months (if any) or $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Voya, Dor Gilhar, and Keren Nachmias from claims arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
